Extension and refurbishment, Oakham

This full refubishment and single storey extension to a house in Oakham conpletely stripped back the existing house to a shell, insulated, re-wired and re-plumbed the property with internal alterations on the ground and first floor, to provide a 3bed, 3 bathroom home with beautiful kitchen, dining and garden room, along with a lounge, snug and study.

The house was re-roofed with Cedral slate and integrated photovoltaic (PV) panels. 

The house also had a Steibel Eltron Air source Heat pump installed and 'whole house' mechanical ventilation and heat recovery (MVHR) system installed. 

The garden was re-designed by The Garden Design Company, leveling out the existing terrances, re landscaping and providing an entertainment deck adjacent to the house.
